    The journey to optimal health and your desired physique starts in the kitchen. I will introduce you to a way of eating that is nutrient-dense, satiating, and focused on consuming whole foods and quality ingredients.* We will clean out your pantry/refrigerator and work together to build a grocery list and weekly meal plan that fits your taste preferences and schedule. I will also recommend toxin-free cookware, tupperware, and other kitchen tools as needed.

    *You will not be counting calories or macros. I want you to ENJOY the meals you eat...see pictures of some of my favorite home-cooked meals below.

  • …to ensure you are applying only the highest quality products to your skin.

    Being mindful of what you put onto your body is just as important as being mindful of what you put into it. We will work toward limiting the toxins you come into contact with and ensure you have a strong understanding of what toxins to avoid and why they are detrimental to your health and wellness. I will make personalized recommendations for non-toxic substitutes from hair and skincare to deodorant to bedding and bath towels.

  • …to ensure you are surrounded by a natural and clean environment at home.

    Your home should be a place where your mind and body can decompress to further help you achieve your wellness and fitness goals.

    We will work toward eliminating those household items that produce airborne toxins and negatively impact your health. I will explain what toxins to avoid and why, as well as recommend clean alternatives.

    I will also recommend various wellness practices for you to implement at home including, but not limited to, red light therapy and connecting to the earth while you sleep.

  • While diet and toxin-free living are absolutely essential to maintaining your health and fitness, exercise is the key to obtain the physique you desire. I fundamentally believe in the power of weight lifting to tone and tighten your body. We will work together to ensure you have both an exercise routine and also an understanding of proper form and the mind-muscle connection.
